Ways I can help you

There are several ways to learn with Flattop Horsemanship, depending on where you are in your journey and how you prefer to learn. Whether you’re looking for a starting point, guidance through a challenge, or long-term development, each option is designed to help you build understanding and make real progress with your horse.

Start Here — The Book

Horsemanship Basics & Beyond is the best place to begin if you want to build a stronger foundation in how horses think, learn, and respond. It outlines the core ideas that have shaped my own horsemanship and now guide how I teach others.

It’s a simple way to learn at your own pace and start seeing your horse with new clarity.

Lessons & Coaching (Online or In Person)

For riders who want help applying these ideas directly to their own horse, I offer individual lessons and coaching both in person and online.

These sessions focus on identifying what’s actually limiting progress, improving communication, and helping you move forward with a clear understanding of what to work on and why.

Workshops & Retreats (Occasional)

From time to time, I offer small group workshops and customized retreats here at our location. These provide a more immersive learning experience and the opportunity to spend focused time exploring ideas, working with horses, and learning alongside others.

Elite Mentorship

For riders who are committed to long-term growth, the Elite Mentorship offers ongoing guidance and support over time.

This is for those who want to continue refining their feel, timing, and understanding, and who value having a steady direction as they develop their horsemanship.

Finding the Right Fit

If you’re unsure where to begin, the book is a natural starting point. From there, many riders choose to continue learning through lessons, coaching, or mentorship as their understanding grows.

You’re also welcome to reach out to discuss your goals and decide what approach may be the best fit for you and your horse.
